Step 1. HOW TO MEASURE
Dogs MUST be STANDING with head UP - if dog is sitting or lying down you will get the WRONG measurements!

Around Chest: Around largest part of chest circumference. This should NOT be a "tight" measurement! Place one or two fingers under the tape, or make it a slightly relaxed, but not loose, measurement. For FLUFFY COATED breeds (eg. Poodles) allow for fluffiness of coat.
Back length: With your dog standing, hold his head UP and measure along flat part of back from BASE of neck (at shoulder) to length required at base of tail. If your dog is sitting or lying down you will get the wrong measurement. THIS MEASUREMENT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE COLLAR!
Around Waist: Around body halfway along the back length measurement.
Around Neck: This is the low neckline where collar seam sits. IMPORTANT: This is NOT the dog's collar measurement!

EXCHANGE POLICY:
Worried about getting the wrong size?
If you find that you have ordered the wrong size, let us know and we will organize an exchange for you. Exchanges must be advised within 7 days of invoice date, must be in 'as new' condition and not worn. If product has been worn, or is soiled in any way, or has been washed, it will not be accepted as a return. Postage, both ways, for all exchanges are to be paid by customer.
