Step 1. HOW TO MEASURE - SIZE CHART BELOW

Dogs MUST be STANDING with head UP - if your dog is sitting or lying down you will get the WRONG measurements!

AROUND CHEST: CHOOSE ACCORDING TO CHEST MEASUREMENT Around LARGEST part of chest circumference behind front legs. This should NOT be a "tight" measurement! Place two or three fingers under the tape, to make it a relaxed measurement.
Example: For Small 48-56cm chest - 48-50cm will be looser and 55-56cm will be tighter. Middle of the range is best. FOR ELDERLY OR ARTHRITIC dogs a looser jumper is easier for them to get their legs through. For FLUFFY COATED breeds (eg. Poodles) allow for fluffiness of coat.

BACK LENGTH: AFTER measuring chest size, CHECK SIZE ACCORDING TO BACK LENGTH - exact length is not necessary.
With your dog standing, hold his head UP and measure along flat part of back from BASE of neck (at shoulder) to length required at base of tail/end of body.
Other people may measure up the neck to the collar but WE DON'T!!
If your dog is sitting or lying down you will get the wrong measurement.
BACK LENGTH MEASUREMENT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE COLLAR!

Around Neck: This is the low neckline where collar seam sits. This is NOT the dog's collar measurement!!!
Around Waist: Around body halfway along the back length measurement.

If you find that you have ordered the wrong size, let us know and we will organize an exchange for you. Exchanges must be advised within 7 days of invoice date, must be in 'as new' condition and not worn. If product has been worn, or is soiled in any way, or has been washed, it will not be accepted as a return. Postage, both ways, for all exchanges are to be paid by customer.
