PRINTINGTIPS – Leads & Lanyards

Choose from one of the fonts from the FONT CHART. If you have a custom font see Customer Info sheet on how to present this for printing.

Leads and lanyards have a fairly narrow imprint area. Thus, when printing, leave extra room above/below, because some upper/lower-case letters hang up/down (such as h/p or d/j). Also the lower case letters are naturally smaller than their upper case counterparts, and thus harder to read from a distance.

Type text into the order form as you wish it to appear. Ensure that all spacings, or lack of them, have been correctly entered.

Check to see which case best suits the font you have chosen.

Printing on leads is not the same as printing on paper, so small details in printing will be lost.

Some fonts will reproduce more clearly than others. For best results check that wording/letters and wing-dings are clear and legible from a distance.

When including your phone number, we suggest that you also include your area code to avoid confusion between states.
(Example - the phone number 9876 5432 could be area code 02 or 03. Remember your customers may travel interstate!)
