How cool will your dog look in the latest doggy shades! But first you'll need to teach your dog to be handled around their face so they will want to wear their Doggles

STEP 1
Remove the lens from your ILS Doggles because some of the lenses are dark. By removing the lenses your dog will get used to their Doggles much quicker and will be able to see you while you help.

STEP 2
You need to make a positive association for your dog with the sunglasses or Doggles by holding them in your hand and drawing the dog's attention to them. When they look at the glasses, praise and reward them with a yummy treat.

STEP 3
Get your dog to sit then slowly raise the sunglasses or Doggles towards their face. Praise and reward with a treat if they sit confidently and don't move away. If they move away start again with the sunnies further away from their face.

STEP 4
Bring the sunnies closer to your dog's eyes, praising and rewarding with yummy treats as you progress.

STEP 5
Now for the exciting part. Place the sunnies on your dog's nose, just for a second then remove. If your dog didn’t move praise and reward with some more yummy treats, and a couple of extra treats for being so brave!

STEP 6
Now, carefully fit the ‘Doggles frame & strap’ on to your dogs face. Don’t leave them too long! Your dog might try to take them off! Quickly praise your dog and give lots of yummy treats, and quickly take the Doggles off. You’re on your way to the coolest dog in the street!

STEP 7
Gradually increase the time that your dog wears their cool shades. Continue to reward your dog every now and then if they are not trying to remove their Doggles.

STEP 8
Make it part of your dogs routine to wear their Doggles when going for a walk or a drive.

STEP 9
When your dog gets used to wearing their Doggles insert the lenses to protect your dogs eyes! COOL DUDE!
